Beverly Jean Harnden, daughter of Albert and Lillian (Ulrich) Saathoff, was born on March 3, 1935 in Jackson, Minnesota.  Beverly graduated from Jackson High School in 1953.
Bev was united in marriage to Keith Harnden in Jackson, Minnesota on October 17, 1954.  They were blessed with three children, Mark, Kay and Karla.
Bev assisted her husband in managing the Emmetsburg Airport for twenty years.  Bev was also employed at the chiropractic offices of Dr. John Kragt and Dr. Michael Handeland for thirty eight years.  When Bev wasn't caring for her family or working at one of her jobs, she loved to go bike riding, whether that was up and down the runway or riding all the way to Jackson, Minnesota.
Beverly passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg, Iowa, at the age of 87.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith on October 26, 2016; her brother, Wayne Saathoff; and sisters-in-law, Veryl Saathoff and Mary Harnden.
She is survived by her children, Mark (Pam) Harnden of Emmetsburg, Iowa, Kay (Mike) Soule of Wyoming, Minnesota and Karla (Dr. Craig) Vernon of Altoona, Iowa; four grandchildren, Matt (Holly) Harnden, Justin (Missy) Harnden, Jim (Sarah) Soule, Amanda (Tony) Badger; twelve great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
