Diana Jean Emerick, daughter of Charles and Helen (Peters) Emerick, was born March 28, 1948 in Estherville, Iowa. She received her education in Emmetsburg. While living in Emmetsburg, Diana was employed at Willing Workers.

Diana moved to Sheldon, Iowa where she lived at Village Northwest. She worked in various capacities there and lived there the majority of her life.

Diana loved to travel and had the opportunity to enjoy many trips throughout her life, with family and friends. She also looked forward to dining out and going shopping.

Diana moved to Emmetsburg in 2017 and resided at the Emmetsburg Care Center, being closer to her family. She passed away, Friday, April 27, 2018 at the Emmetsburg Care Center at the age of 70.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Helen Emerick.

Diana is survived by her sister Judy (Richard) Sample of Emmetsburg, Iowa; her brother, Monte (Patti) Emerick of Algona, Iowa; nieces and nephews; as well as other relatives and many friends.
