Harvey Frank Wolff, Jr. was born on August 5, 1963, in Emmetsburg, Iowa, to Harvey Frank and Shirley Ann (Schultz) Wolff. He graduated from Emmetsburg High School in 1982. Harvey married Tammy Serr on First Island in Emmetsburg on September 12, 2011. Throughout his working years, he was a machinist at Bobalee Hydraulics and Fisher Hydraulics as well as many, many other places.

Harvey found joy in tending his vegetable garden and took special pride in recently winning the Wolff Family Tomato Growing Championship. He was a devoted fan of the Iowa State Cyclones and San Francisco 49ers and enjoyed playing Euchre and visiting Wild Rose Casino.

Harvey will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 15 years, Tammy; his stepson, Dakota Moore of Emmetsburg; his brothers, Jerry (Carol) Wolff of Ruthven, John (Pam) Wolff of Emmetsburg, and Troy (Heather) Wolff of Baxter; and his sister, Shannon Nissen of Emmetsburg. He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Jim Wolff; and his sister, Barbara Rhea.

As a fitting tribute to Harvey and the teams he loved, the family invites those attending the visitation or funeral to wear Cyclones or 49ers gear, if available.
