Jamie D. Phillips, son of Dennis and Nancy Phillips, was born November 25, 1971 in Storm Lake, Iowa. He graduated from Clay Central High School in Royal, Iowa, and Mankato State in Mankato, Minnesota.
Jamie was active in sports in high school and played saxophone in the band. He was an active member of M.Y.F. and 4-H, showing hogs for many years at the Clay County Fair. He enjoyed Fantasy Football, trying new recipes, gaming and watching the Twins play baseball. Family was a very important part of Jamie's life.
