Nadaly Alexandra Lara, daughter of Gabriel Lara was born June 28, 2007 in McAllen, Texas. Nadaly moved with her family to Emmetsburg where she attended Emmetsburg Community School and was currently in 8th grade at the middle school.

Nadaly was the apple of everyone's eye. She had a smile that would light up the room. Nadaly always appeared quiet to her friends but her laugh was something no one could ever forget.

She loved to draw and to listen to music. Nadaly also loved to play sports, especially football, basketball and baseball. Nadaly was in band for awhile and even tried learning to play guitar, as she was interested in various instruments. She liked to read books, play her Nintendo Switch, and go swimming. She could often be heard singing in the shower. She will be remembered for her sense of style when it came to her clothes.

Nadaly will be remember by her family and friends for her huge warm heart. She was always trying to make others feel better, whether through hugs, jokes or her smile. She loved her family very much and was there for each of them after her grandpa passed away.

Nadaly passed away, Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at her home in Emmetsburg, Iowa, at the age of 13. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ramon Lara.

She is survived by her father, Gabriel and her sister, Evany of Emmetsburg, Iowa; her grandmother, Dora Lara of Emmetsburg, Iowa; aunts, uncles and cousins, Ezequiel and Vanessa, Lori and Isaac, Nathan, Emilio, Jessmay, Jessarey, Jessayra, Andre and Aida; as well as many other relatives and friends.
